Refund policy

We do not currently offer returns or refunds on loose leaf tea, tea sachets or bath & body products. If you’re unhappy with your purchase of one of these items, please feel free to complete our Contact Us form with in 30 days of your delivery date and we’ll get back to you with a proposed solution.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us tsblends@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the item's condition within 7 days of your delivery date. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
