Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles

Hey there, back for some more recipes. Need something fast to put on the dinner table. Try this Shrimp stir-fry pasta recipe. Great for the children. You can use spaghetti noodles instead. I used spiral noodles, it’s what I had on hand at the time. I also omitted the garnish and it still came out great and delicious.

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large pot with boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the noodles and broccoli and set aside.

2. While pasta is cooking, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper, and black pepper in a small bowl.

3. Season shrimp to taste with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to a medium-sized skillet and cook shrimp over medium heat, turning from time to time for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in the garlic, and carrots and cook for a minute more, Add broccoli florets for another 5 min until done.

4. Transfer the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and pour the sauce on top and toss until fully incorporated. Reheat for a couple of minutes and serve the shrimp stir fry noodles, garnished with scallion and toasted sesame seeds.

Enjoy!
